this one is a doozy of a douche.  pull-thru parking and still half over the divider line.  when he leaves, he’ll be exiting the wrong way in a oneway lane.  could have quite easily not pulled-thru and used a space in the proper side of this area.  alas, the powers of the douche were too strong for this one.
